From the decision · page 1This matter is pending before us on applicant's Petition for Disqualification. It has come to our attention that the Workers' Compensation Administrative Law Judge (WCJ) who was the subject of the Petition is no longer employed in state service. Thus, we conclude that the issue of whether they should be disqualified is now moot, and we will dismiss the Petition.
