From the decision · page 1It has come to the attention of the Appeals Board that defendant has withdrawn the Petition for Reconsideration of the decision issued on January 3, 2023 by a workers' compensation administrative law judge. On March 22, 2023, we issued an Opinion and Order Granting Reconsideration (Order). Therefore, we vacate our March 22, 2023 Order, and dismiss the Petition for Reconsideration.
