From the decision · page 1Defendant seeks reconsideration of the Findings of Fact issued by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) on March 15, 2022, wherein the WCJ found in pertinent part that applicant sustained injury to his nervous system/psyche arising out of and occurring in the course of employment (AOE/COE), that applicant's injury claim was not barred by the provisions of Labor Code section 3208.3(h), and that the issues of permanent disability/ apportionment and attorney fees were deferred.
