From the decision · page 1Defendant seeks reconsideration of the “Findings of Fact, Award, Orders and Opinion on Decision” (F&A) issued on July 15, 2025, by the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ). The WCJ found, in pertinent part, that applicant’s claim of death benefits is not barred by the statute of limitations contained in Lab. Code, § 5406(b).
