From the decision · page 1On September 17, 2024, defendant filed a Petition for Removal regarding the August 26, 2024 Order Denying Petition to Quash Subpoena Duces Tecum issued by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ). It has come to the attention of the Appeals Board that, on October 2, 2024, the WCJ rescinded the August 26, 2024 Order and set this matter for a Status Conference on November 6, 2024. Due to this development, it appears the Petition for Removal is moot and will be dismissed.
