What the panel ordered
The Findings of Fact and Order issued by the WCJ on February 11, 2022 are rescinded. The Compromise and Release agreement filed on November 4, 2022 is approved, including the attorneys' fee requested.
Applicant timely petitioned for reconsideration of the Findings of Fact and Order issued by the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) on February 11, 2022. We granted reconsideration to study the factual and legal issues presented.
