Petition for Reconsideration granted solely to amend Findings of Fact number 3 to specify panels in cardiovascular disease and psychology; otherwise, the Amended Findings and Order of October 10, 2025 affirmed.
The Appeals Board granted the petition for reconsideration, rescinded the March 20, 2025 Findings of Fact and Orders, and substituted new orders allowing the reports of the primary and secondary treating physicians to be admissible and submitted to properly selected QMEs. The Board affirmed the partial acceptance of the claim for low back injury and allowed submission of Kaiser Permanente medical records to QMEs.
